The Wheel of Life Exercise really helps you to determine your level of joy and satisfaction in different areas of your life and see it as a visual representation. The Wheel of Life can help you to prioritise and decide where you want to start, redirect, or continue your self-improvement journey.
In doing the exercise you score your general satisfaction out of 10 for 8 main areas of your life.
These are:
