The Thrive Principles by Dr Lee Baucom
15 Strategies for building your thriving life.
I discovered Lee Baucom through his podcasts (see below). His strategies work and his simple yet eloquent way of explaining how and why they work is a big factor in why I like him so much.

The Way of the SEAL by Mark Divine
The tagline for this book is ‘Think Like an Elite Warrior to Lead and Succeed’.
Mark Divine is a karate black belt, yoga instructor, ex-Navy SEAL Honor Man. He has a business/finance degree, founded a fitness system and is a leadership mentor. You can read more about him and his other books here.

Side Hustle School by Chris Guillebeau
A 27-day plan for building a side business to supplement what you earn from your day job.
I discovered this book by listening to Chris Guillebeau’s daily 10-minute podcast of the same name. It’s so inspirational. The podcast features daily stories of people who have successfully started side hustles that bring them an additional income of $500/month or more. Usually more. In his book Chris Guillebeau gives a blueprint to getting your own side hustle up and running in 27 days.

Relationship Resources

The Save the Marriage System by Dr Lee Baucom.

Part of the difficulty with marriage is that the only training we get is “on the job.” Rarely do you say to someone, “I want you to go work with those tools in there. Have fun, get the job done, and don’t kill yourself.” But, essentially, that is the start of a marriage. We have some rudimentary skills from relating to others, but the real knowledge and skills are hard-earned.
Sometimes things go wrong and you don’t understand why or how to fix it.
This system can help when all seems lost.

Secret Survey by Michael Fiore

What men desperately want you to know but could never tell you.
I discovered this at a time when my husband and I were not communicating all that well. I bought it to get an insight into what he might be thinking. Well, it certainly did give me some insights. It opened my eyes and my mind up to a completely different point of view. It also gave me a few good laughs and what’s not to like about that?
